Terms and Conditions for Review Removal Service
1. Introduction
No fine print, no hidden clauses—what you see is what you get. We guarantee to remove your negative Google reviews within 1 month, or you get your money back. And to prove just how confident we are, if we don't succeed, not only will we refund you, but we'll pay you £200 for wasting your time. Yes, really. This is how committed we are to delivering results and keeping our word.
2. Service Description
Our review removal service ("Service") is offered exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. We provide services only to registered businesses and not to individual consumers. By using our service, you confirm that you are acting as a business entity.
3. Eligibility
- The Service is available to any business with a negative Google review.
- No proof of ownership or confirmation of rights to request removal is required.
4. Guarantee of Review Removal
- We guarantee the removal of negative reviews related to your business within 1 month from the date of acceptance of the removal request.
- If a negative review cannot be removed within the 1-month timeframe, we will issue a full refund of the fees paid for that specific review and pay an additional £200 to the client for their inconvenience.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
- The guarantee does not cover reviews that comply with the terms of service of the platform hosting the review or those that cannot be reasonably challenged under applicable regulations.
- Our efforts will comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines. We do not engage in any activities that violate these terms.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be provided if the negative review cannot be removed within 1 month from the acceptance date of the review removal request.
- Refunds apply only to the service fee related to the removal of the specific review in question.
- The additional £200 payment will be made to the client if the service fails to meet the guarantee.
7. Client Obligations
- The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information relevant to the review in question.
- The client will cooperate with us by providing any necessary documentation or clarification to support the removal request.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Service.
- Our total liability in respect of any claims arising out of the use of the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the client for that Service, except for the additional £200 payment in line with the guarantee clause.
9. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the provision of the Service.
- We will not disclose any information provided by the client unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
